Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms apply to WROS Studio, a desktop content tool provided by WROS ("WROS", "we", "us"), United Kingdom. By using WROS Studio you agree to these terms. Contact: info@wros.co.uk.
2. The service
WROS Studio helps authorised users prepare short-form videos and captions and send them to social media accounts they control. For TikTok, videos are uploaded to the connected account's TikTok inbox as drafts; the account owner reviews and publishes them in TikTok.
3. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage any account you connect. You must keep your device and login details secure.
4. Your content and responsibilities
- You keep ownership of content you upload, and you are responsible for it.
- You must have all rights and permissions needed for any video, music, image or text you publish, and you must not upload content that infringes others' rights.
- You must follow the terms, community guidelines and branded-content rules of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and clearly disclose paid or promotional content.
- You must not use WROS Studio for spam, deceptive practices, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.
5. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions or policies, and an integration may stop working if a platform changes its API.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop WROS Studio. We will update these terms when needed and show the new effective date above.
8. Liability
WROS Studio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content you publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
9. Ending use
You may stop using WROS Studio at any time and revoke its access in TikTok. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
